Weary of hiking, we decided to give our sore feet a rest and take a drive through Escalante National Monument. We were stunned by the scenery. On the way back to Bryce, we spotted Cowboy Blues which looked like it might be more interesting than the generic little restaurants we had been frequenting. It was.

Make sure to leave room for dessert - the daily specials always include some interesting twists ..."
