Cowboy Blues opened in February of 2001, with a vision of creating Escalante's best eating experience. Located at the west end of town in an older building that had gone through many changes, it was the ideal setting for a western-style restaurant.
The patio is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors as well as take in the great scenery for which Escalante is famous.
Sit back, kick your boots off, and sip on our famous Blue Margaritas. There is no better way to relax after a long day of hiking or sight seeing.
